I had an amazing family room with an exceptionally good view even to the sea in the distance. I enjoyed that there were lots of facilities in the room such as: a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control. The staff were REALLY KIND and amazing, and the atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the surroundings on foot and visit nearby attractions. the rooms are spacious, clean and with good views of the historic buildings and surroundings. the staff are very friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool during the hot summer days.
The shower lacked a proper curtain, leading to the bathroom floor getting wet every time we took a shower.

The hotel offered free drinks upon arrival, including delicious cookies and a local alcoholic beverage. The location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. the hotel provided a stunning view of a beautiful square.
On Christmas day, the room was freezing, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. , the room was very small for the price paid, and the staff was unhelpful when it came to questions about amenities and nearby attractions.
